When you request your X-Ray we collect your first name, email, practice name, and the answers you give in the assessment. We also collect basic technical and campaign data (such as the page you came from and your browser type) through standard analytics tools.

How we use it

To send your private access link, generate your scored report, and email you about your X-Ray and related Roadmap to Success programs. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

Sharing

We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service (for example, our CRM, email delivery, hosting and analytics), under obligations to protect it.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while it is needed for the purposes above. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop emailing you, by replying to any of our emails or writing to us through roadmaptosuccess.ai.
